LEGO minecraft is a licensed LEGO theme sets based game. Currently, there are 68 in total.
There are three main types of sets – the “Micro World” sets, made up of four modules which are 6×6 studs in size. The normal LEGO mini figure scale sets, and the “Big Fig” sets, consisting of two brick-built mobs at a scale of approximately two pixels per block. Currently, the mini figure-scale sets are in production only.
A 2×2 brick with a tile on top is one Minecraft block. LEGO tells that this is not a exact cube, but it is “the best results at the chosen scale.”

Information of Lego Minecraft
The Micro World set revolves around the player (Steve) and one of the game’s antagonists, a crawler. The scene depicts the Over world and a few biomes. Thus, including mountains, caves, forests and plains. The Village provide structures in the village, and a mineshaft. It includes blocks for building houses, along with the residents, pig and zombie figures. The Nether is a stylized portrayal of the Nether, and contains a sea full of lava, a lava stream flowing down a hill, a nether fortress, and a Nether Portal to connect to the Overworld. It also includes two other characters. The End is a stylized depiction of the End. So it contains the Ender Dragon, six obsidian pillars with ender crystals above them, an exit end portal and endermen.
Features of Lego Minecraft
The normal LEGO Minecraft sets different feature in different parts of Minecraft. All the sets include Steve, Alex, or other character skin, and at least one mob. For example, “The Village” features a village in Minecraft with different ores and mobs, “The Farm” features a crop farm with one cow and one sheep and a scarecrow, and “The First Night” features a simple house in Minecraft and a farm with a pig and a Crawler. Mostly all sets follow the theme of representing a specific natural or artificial location. That means closely to something a player might build or encounter, featuring decor and public that environment.

History

In December 2011, Mohjang studio started a project on the LEGO Ideas program (then known as “LEGO Cuusoo”). So it requires 10,000 signatures to approve a project. The overwhelming support of the Minecraft community helped it to complete 10,000 signature in just 3 days. As a result, the development of the LEGO Minecraft set commenced after Lego revised the project. Mojang Studios promised to donate 1% of the revenue and earning to charity. The first set released on June 1, 2012.
Set Info
The second and third sets, The Nethar and The Village, launched at Comic-Con 2013. The fourth set, The End, was launched through a trailer on March 8, coming by a reveal on March 14 on the LEGO Minecraft Facebook page.
On 2 November 2013, during MINECON, the announcement came that The Lego Group are creating a fully fledged minifigure-scale theme. Aslo that they would be seeking feedback from Minecraft players on arranging these sets. Lego works with the player for first time to create and design a set.
The first six of the minifigure-scale sets launch on 15 November 2014. These were the first to not follow the “Micro World” design of the previous sets. Other four sets were released at the 2015 London Toy Fair. The others released on 15 August 2015. More sets have launched in the past few, until 2021.
